Erin Oaks Nelson
Meet Erin, a dedicated real estate agent with over 14 years of experience in appraising residential properties, now proudly part of Team John Garuti since September 2024. A Southwest Florida resident since 2001, Erin embarked on a new adventure by moving to Babcock Ranch in March 2024, and now her passion in working with seniors has truly come to life.
Originally from the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania, Erin grew up in a family business that specialized in graphics and printing for commercial clients. After relocating to Southwest Florida, she and her husband continued that passion by running a successful print shop for 17 years, serving the local community.
With a background in sales, marketing and customer service, Erin returned to the real estate world in 2022, eager to help clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence and a very down to earth approach.
When she’s not working, Erin loves spending time with her husband, three grown children, and two grandchildren. Whether traveling, exploring new destinations, or creating lasting memories, family time is what brings her the most joy.
