Andrew joined Team John Garuti in February of 2026. Andrew brings with him more than 25 years of leadership experience across military service, engineering, and business ownership. Originally from Canada and now based in Babcock Ranch, Andrew combines global perspective with practical insight to help clients make confident, well-informed decisions. He brings a calm, knowledgeable, and highly professional approach to real estate commercial and residential real estate.
Having spent 15 years in the Army, Andrew and his family have bought, sold, built, and renovated more than a dozen homes during his military career. Andrew understands the process from a homeowner’s point of view. His background as an engineer and business leader allows him to evaluate homes and commercial space beyond first impressions focusing on quality, value, and long-term usability while keeping the experience clear, organized, and low stress.
Andrew serves Southwest Florida from Punta Gorda to Naples, supporting buyers and sellers with thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and steady execution. Clients appreciate his professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering results they can trust. Andrew is married with four children and in the little spare time he has he enjoys golfing, fishing, playing hockey and chauffeuring kids to their activities.
