Before transitioning into real estate, Brad spent 12 years building a successful corporate career, starting as a scientist where he developed a strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. From there, Brad advanced into leadership roles managing large teams across the United States before ultimately transitioning into Business Finance. In that role, Brad managed divisional P&L portfolios and specialized in advanced costing and financial analysis, helping drive strategic business decisions with precision and accountability.
Today, Brad brings that same professionalism, data-driven approach, and commitment to excellence into real estate. Whether working with first-time homebuyers, growing families, investors, or those relocating to Southwest Florida, Brad prides himself on providing honest guidance, strong market insight, and a client-first experience every step of the way.
